While making the transaction through wire transfer, kindly ensure that all applicable bank charges for remittance are borne by the participant. Any shortfall in the registration amount will be collected during on-site registration at the conference.
Cancellation Policy
  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at stessa2026@iitd.ac.in, with a copy marked to stessa2026@mec-9.com.
  2. Any refunds will be processed one month after the conference to the same source of transaction from which the fee was received.
  3. Cancellation requests received on or before:
    • 1st May 2026: 100% of the fee will be refunded
    • 1st July 2026: 50% of the fee will be refunded
    • After 1st July 2026: No refunds will be processed
