All exhibition materials, display items, and equipment must remain strictly within the allocated stall space. Exhibitors are not permitted to place or store any items, signage, or promotional materials in aisles, common areas, or outside their assigned booth.
All exhibitors and vendors must comply with the rules, safety regulations, and operational guidelines prescribed by Bharat Mandapam and the STESSA 2026 Organizing Committee. The organizers reserve the right to remove or restrict any display, activity, or installation that does not meet these requirements or poses safety or accessibility concerns.
