International delegates planning to visit India to participate in STESSA 2026 must obtain a Conference Visa (C-Visa) or an Indian e-Conference Visa prior to travel. The Conference Visa is the recommended and appropriate visa category for attending academic conferences, workshops, and seminars in India.

STEP 1

Complete Conference Registration

Register for STESSA 2026 and complete payment of all applicable fees. Accurate passport details are required to initiate mandatory government clearances.

STEP 2

Prepare Required Documents

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond arrival in India
  • Recent passport-size photograph (Indian visa specifications)
  • Completed online visa application form
  • Official STESSA 2026 invitation letter
  • Proof of conference registration or participation
  • Travel itinerary and accommodation details
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
