The Conference Visa is the recommended and appropriate visa category for attending academic conferences, workshops, and seminars in India.
A Conference Visa is issued by the Government of India to foreign nationals whose sole purpose of visit is to attend an academic or professional conference, seminar, workshop, or related event hosted in India.
